Engineering Technology

YuanHui have experienced team of engineers, including 10 Design Engineers, expert to use design software of UG-NX10.0, Catia V5, Auto-CAD, Pro E, Solid Works, Mastercam etc, which could effectively control the processing data. For the critical parts will use Dynatorm and Autoform software to apply the simulation analysis.

Machining Workshop

The workshop is equipped with a full set of precision CNC machining equipment and staffed by a professional machining team proficient in operating CNC machining centers, milling machines, grinders, wire EDM machines, and various other processing equipment. Following standardized machining processes, we are able to accurately complete finishing operations for mold components such as mold bases, cavities, and inserts. Strict control over dimensional tolerances and surface precision ensures machining consistency across all mold parts, laying a solid hardware foundation for subsequent mold assembly and mass production.

Assembly Workshop

We have a professional mold assembly technical team that strictly follows standardized assembly procedures. After machining, various mold parts are precisely fitted, assembled, and adjusted for clearances. Key components such as guide pillars, punches, and inserts are carefully controlled for fit precision, enabling high-quality assembly of progressive dies, stamping dies, and other mold types. This ensures smooth and stable mold operation and reliable opening/closing movements, effectively reducing the failure rate during subsequent tryout phases.

Tool Tryout

We are equipped with dedicated mold tryout equipment and staffed with experienced debugging engineers who conduct on-machine stamping tests for assembled molds. Through systematic adjustment of stamping process parameters, strip positioning accuracy, springback values, and cutting clearances, we correct forming defects such as wrinkling, cracking, and dimensional deviations. We continuously improve the stability of the stamping process until product dimensional accuracy, surface quality, and functional performance fully meet technical requirements, ensuring that the mold is capable of stable mass production.

Tool& Die Display

We specialize in the R&D and manufacturing of precision automotive hardware progressive dies, transfer dies, and engineering dies. Leveraging mature engineering design and processing technologies, we offer customized mold development services. The molds we develop feature long service life, high production efficiency, and low failure rates, making them well-suited for large-scale automated stamping production lines.

Samples Display

Our samples cover a wide range of automotive components, including precision metal stampings, body structural parts, chassis components, safety system elements, engine peripheral parts, and interior metal parts. Relying on our in-house mold development and stamping forming technologies, we can efficiently complete mold development and sample preparation based on customer-provided drawings or physical samples. Our samples feature high-precision dimensional control and excellent surface flatness. We offer full-service support from small-batch trial runs to large-scale mass production, fully meeting the product needs of clients in the automotive industry.
